Sales Account Manager – Entry Level – Full Time Position

Lake Zurich, IL 60047 (45 Minutes NW of Downtown Chicago)

NJB Sales is looking to expand its salesforce by adding inside Sales Account Managers to help grow existing house accounts and to develop and manage new business account relationships nationwide. Responsibilities:

  • Expand sales by working with existing house accounts and developing and managing new accounts on a continual basis.
  • Work with provided resources including our CRM tools, presales engineers, manufacturer reps, and distributors to propose quotations and close sales orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Gaining and maintaining manufacturer sales and technical certifications.
  • Provide top notch customer service and maintain NJB Sales core values to everyone we work with each and every day.

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 2 Years of inside sales experience - IT industry sales is preferred
  • At least a 2 Years College Associate’s Degree
  • Having strong communication skills to build rapport, make product recommendations, and overcome objections
  • Solid closing skills, presentation savvy, and just the overall gift of carrying on great conversations with business clients
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on the challenges of the ever changing world of IT sales
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
